An industrial/warehouse property located at Tuottajankatu 2 in the Vähänummi industrial area in Järvenpää was sold in a transaction completed on 18 December 2025. The property consists of three plots with a total area of approximately 20,000 sq m and two industrial/warehouse buildings (both heated and unheated) with a combined floor area of around 3,900 sq m. The asset was sold to an owner-occupier without existing tenants. Previously, the site had been used by a company engaged in timber house manufacturing.
