An industrial property located at Kivipyykintie 6 in Hakkila, Vantaa, was sold in a transaction completed on 23 January 2026. The property sits on its own plot of approximately 7,000 sq m and comprises three buildings with a total floor area of around 4,200 sq m. The property was occupied by twelve different tenants.
