The Municipality of Nurmijärvi sold a commercial property in the central area of Klaukkala, located at Klaukkalantie 72, to Cityvarasto Oyj on May 28, 2026. The building has more than 2,000 square meters of leasable space. The property is partially leased to three different tenants. Juha Kivelä and Anssi Saarikivi of GEM acted as the seller’s advisor throughout the process.
