A production/warehouse property located at Pieni Teollisuuskatu 2 in the Juvanmalmi industrial area in Espoo was sold in a transaction completed on 22 October 2025. The site includes a private plot of approximately 21,000 sq m. The building has a leasable area of around 4,200 sq m, and approximately 3,900 sq m of unused building rights.
The seller was the international company Sun Chemical Oy.
