GEM acted as the seller’s advisor in the sale of a light industrial property in Helsinki
A production/warehouse property located at Hankasuontie 8 in the Konala commercial and industrial area in Helsinki was sold in a transaction completed on 29 December 2025. Area of the freehold plot is 8,155 sq m, and the building has a leasable area of approximately 4,500 sq m. The asset is mainly leased to six different tenants.
