GEM acted as the seller’s advisor in the sale of a property previously used as an institute and hotel in Helsinki

SOK (The Central Finnish Cooperative Society) has sold a real estate complex that previously operated as the Jollas Institute and a hotel in a transaction completed on 30 April 2025. The property is located in the prestigious Jollas area of Helsinki.

The site has a land area of more than 40,000 sq m and over 5,000 sq m of existing building space. In addition, the property includes unused development rights, more than 40 metres of shoreline, and a private island.
