Conficap sold an office property located at Vetotie 3 in Kaivoksela, Vantaa, on 23 October 2024. The property is situated in a highly visible location along the Helsinki–Tampere Motorway, between the ring roads. The property has multiple tenants and a leasable area of approximately 5,200 sq m.
