Kojamo Oyj’s subsidiary Lumo Kodit Oy has sold a residential and commercial property located at Mannerheimintie 168b in Helsinki in a transaction completed on 29 October 2025. The property, built in 1989, includes 3,101 sq m of residential space and 3,548.5 sq m of office and retail space. The shares sold represent a majority of the share capital of Kiinteistö Oy Mannerheimintie 168. The buyer is Evernord Real Estate Fund VI together with Mirlux Oy.
The property is prominently located on its own plot along Mannerheimintie and tram line 10 in the Pikku-Huopalahti / Ruskeasuo area. The residential units are fully rented, and the commercial premises are occupied by multiple tenants.
