Onvest Development Oy sold two commercial properties in a transaction completed on 28 February 2025:
The first property is a warehouse/office asset located at Niittytie 33 in Koivuhaka, Vantaa, near Helsinki Airport. The property has a leasable area of just over 2,000 sq m. It benefits from excellent transport connections to Tuusulanväylä and Ring Road III. The property is fully leased and currently used as a workshop and training facility.
The second property is a warehouse/production asset located at Teollisuusneuvoksenkatu 4 in Herttoniemi, Helsinki, in the area’s well-established business district. The property has a leasable area of just over 1,500 sq m. It offers good and direct transport connections to Itäväylä and Ring Road I. The property is fully leased.
