On 29 May 2026, Veritas Pension Insurance Company sold two undeveloped residential plots with a total land area of 3,461 m², located at Riihitontuntie 2, Espoo. The properties had a combined building right of 1,380 gross floor square metres (GFA). The site is intended for the development of low-rise residential housing.
