An approximately 4,300 sq m AOR plot in Itä-Pakila, Helsinki, was sold on 13 December 2024. The plot has nearly 1,100 sq m of permitted gross floor area (GFA), and a 12-unit residential development in two levels is planned for the site. Juha Kivelä of GEM acted as the seller’s advisor throughout the process.
