Municipality of Nurmijärvi sold a fire station property located in the town center of Nurmijärvi at Suntionkuja 2 on 19 December 2024. The building has a leasable area of more than 2,000 sq m. The property is fully leased to the Vantaa and Kerava Wellbeing Services County. Anssi Saarikivi and Juha Kivelä of GEM acted as the seller’s advisors throughout the process.
