HUS sold a logistics property located at Uutistie 5, near Helsinki Airport, on 30 December 2024. The property is strategically located with excellent transport connections at the intersection of the Helsinki–Tampere Motorway and Ring Road III. The modern building has a leasable area of more than 8,000 sq m, and HUS will remain at the property as a tenant. Pekka Sirén and Anssi Saarikivi of GEM acted as the seller’s advisors throughout the process.
