City Of Akaa sold a fire station property in Hirsikangas, located between Viiala and Toijala, at Hämeentie 543 on 19 June 2025. The building, completed in 2013, has a leasable area of approximately 1,100 sq m and was designed for fire station use. The property is fully leased under a long-term agreement to the Pirkanmaa Rescue Services. Anssi Saarikivi and Juha Kivelä of GEM acted as the seller’s advisors throughout the process.
