Onvest Development Oy has sold a commercial property located at Kivenkatu 8 in Lappeenranta in a transaction completed on 3 July 2025. The property is fully leased to Onninen Oy and is situated in the Leiri commercial area of Lappeenranta, next to the Prisma retail centre. The building has a leasable area of approximately 1,400 sq m. It is a clearly defined technical trade property with spacious yard areas.
