A cold storage and logistics property in Vantaa, close to Helsinki Airport, was sold in a transaction completed on September 30, 2026. The buyer was Logistea AB. The property was constructed in 2023 and has a total lettable area of 6,078 sqm. It primarily comprises cold storage, production and warehouse space, together with a smaller share of office space. The transaction was completed in connection with Fresh Servant Group’s acquisition of additional fresh food production operations. A new long-term lease agreement was signed simultaneously, providing a strong foundation for the continued development and growth of the business.
